Hypnotherapy is a combination of utilizing various therapeutic tools, alongside with the process of putting someone in hypnosis. Going ‘into hypnosis’ is a very natural state (see “Is Hypnotherapy Safe?”). It is something that happens to us naturally, and we have all experienced it.
By using hypnosis, we bypass the conscious “thinking” mind. This is the part of us that overthinks and rationalises our emotions and feelings. We cannot process our emotions while we are in a thinking mind, so by putting this part aside we can focus on getting to the root of the problem and resolving it at it’s core. This is where the deep transformation starts and allows true internal change to happen.
The form of hypnotherapy I will be using is called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). That means we will also be focusing on releasing any limiting beliefs and their related emotions, vaious different therapeutic tools. You will then receive a customised recording from me to listen to for the following 4 weeks. This recording includes everything you need to hear in order to reprogram your thoughts, beliefs and patterns for permanent change in your life!

Yes! Hypnotherapy and hypnosis are perfectly safe in the right circumstances. Infact, your brain goes into a state of ‘hypnosis’ all on it’s own, multiple times per day. Going ‘into hypnosis’ is simply the state of you brain going from an active and alter Beta brainwave, to a calm and introspective Alpha brainwave.
This can be experienced when you drive home from work for the 100th time, on autopilot without having to take conscious action. It can also be experienced just after waking up or after a deep relaxation or meditation.
Most importantly, you are always in control! I cannot make you say or do anything you do not want to do. All suggestions are always based on your own requests and goals, and you can take yourself out of hypnosis at any time by simply opening your eyes.

The number of sessions required varies depending on the issue and individual progress. Some clients may experience significant improvement after just a few sessions, while others might benefit from a longer-term approach.
For simpler problems, clients can expect results in 1 - 3 sessions. For more complex issues, or clients with wider systemic issues (such as cPTSD), 6 sessions or more would be recommended. Your specific needs will be assessed during our initial consultation.

Currently all sessions are completed online via videocall. This has a number of benefits, mainly giving clients a safe and comfortable environment that they are already familiar with. This also prevents needing to take long commutes home when you may possibly be tired or sensitive after a session.
It may be possible for an in person location becomes available in the Amsterdam region in the future, but not at this time.

Absolutely! Online therapy and hypnotherapy are just as effective as in-person sessions, with the added benefit of allowing you to remain in the comfort and safety of your own home. This can enhance relaxation and make it easier to fully engage in the process. Additionally, online sessions eliminate the need to travel after experiencing a significant emotional release, which can often feel draining. Instead, you can rest and process the session’s insights in a familiar and calming environment, making online therapy a convenient and transformative option.

Anyone can be hypnotised! But everyone experiences hypnotherapy differently. Some people are more visual, while others receive insights by listening or knowledge coming to them in the hypnotic state. I will work with you to ensure that we tap into the way information comes to you most easily.
Although, hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool, its effectiveness can vary based on individual factors. Most importantly is the individuals willingness to change and invest in taking action towards their goals. I cannot make the changes for you, I can only be your guide and support. You must be ready and committed to make change in your life.

You can reschedule your appointment directly via Calendly, or can contact me via email to make changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. A cancellation fee of 50 Euro will be applied for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. Appointments which are cancelled or rescheduled during the program, and with less than 24 hours notice will be voided.
Of course, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can still arise and will do my best to accommodate your needs in these cases.
